** Allied Health Care Professional category requires a copy of valid professional license from certifying body. Medical and Graduate Students, Researchers, Residents-in-Training and Fellows will be required to submit a letter of qualification from the head of their department on official stationery. It must indicate your position and professional responsibilities. All documents must be submitted at the time of registration. Fax your documents to 410-689-3912, or scan and email to WCERegistration@UrologyManagement.org.

The registration fee for WCE2016 includes the following:

Refund Policy

All requests for cancellations must be received in writing (WCERegistration@UrologyManagement.org or fax number 410-689-3912). If a written request of cancellation is received at the UMS office prior to 8 October 2016, the registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded after the meeting. Refund requests after 8 October 2016, will not be honored.
